We want everyone who evaluates, installs or operates Pillar to be able to use it, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or high-contrast settings. This statement covers this website (www.pillarinteractive.com), the documentation under /docs, and the Pillar web application.
Conformance status
Pillar partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Partially conforms means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard, or have not yet been verified. The limitations we know about are listed below.
How we assessed it
- A source review of the website and web application against WCAG 2.2 AA in September 2026, which fixed contrast, form labels, focus management in dialogs and menus, skip links, text alternatives for charts, status shown by color alone, target size and a pause control for live updates.
- An automated audit with axe-core on September 30, 2026 of every public, legal and documentation page and of the public product demo, which uses the same screens as the signed-in application. Each page was checked in the dark and light themes and at a 320-pixel width for reflow.
- Automated accessibility checks on shared interface components, run on every change to our code.
Known limitations
- We have not tested with screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA). Automated tools find only part of the problems a screen reader user can meet.
- Signed-in pages were checked through the public demo, not with every combination of real account data.
- Charts include text alternatives and summaries, but dense time-series charts are easier to read in their table and summary form than as graphics.
Third-party services
Some screens are provided by other companies and are outside our direct control: sign-in, sign-up, and organization and profile management (Clerk), and payment checkout and the billing portal (Stripe). We style and test these where they appear on our pages. We have not yet obtained accessibility conformance reports for these services. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.
Feedback and access requests
If you meet an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site or the application in a different format, email admin@pillarinteractive.com. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We read every message and will reply, and we treat accessibility barriers as defects to fix.
